We asked the holistic nutritionist and personal trainer behind Dani's Healthy Eats to work some of her delicious magic with our very own Vanilla Almond Milk - and she didn't disappoint!
These three-layer bars are simpler to make than they look and insanely good for a surprisingly healthy afternoon treat. You'll find no refined sugar or flour here, plus superfood ingredients we love to stock our pantries with for day-to-day needs. Try Dani's recipe and let us know if you end up making it at home!

Dani's Healthy Almond Milk Bars
1 + 1/4 cup walnuts
¼ cup hemp seeds
1/3 cup + 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 cup pitted, soft dates
2 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of Sea salt + 1 tsp vanilla
1-2 Tbsp Pressed Juicery Vanilla Almond Milk
½ cup Almond Butter
¼ cup Maple Syrup
1 tbsp melted Coconut Oil
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of Sea Salt½ tsp Maca – optional
1 ½ cups Chocolate of choice
Pinch of Sea Salt
- Combine the nuts and seeds in a food processor, processing until they’re broken down into crumbles. Then add in the remaining ingredients, 1 tbsp of milk at a time, until a sticky dough has formed. Press into the bottom of a lined loaf pan.
- To make the filling, add the almond butter and milk in a microwave safe bowl – or in a small saucepan over medium heat – and heat, stirring well, until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over the base.
- Add the ganache ingredients to a heat-safe bowl and heat in thirty second increments, stirring well between each, until thick and smooth. Spread carefully over the filling.
- Place in the freezer to harden, 1-2 hours. Then cut into bars and enjoy!
